Personal:

Have been active my whole life, but turned my focus to running in 2006 after deciding to run a marathon.  I really enjoy the training aspect and staying healthy, but mileage has been on the decline over the past 3 years due to work commitments, so focus has turned away from races and more on just staying fit enough to still enjoy getting out.  Moved from Utah to Texas in October 2016 with my wife and 3 month old babe.

Had a late night last night and ate way too much candy.  to top it off it was 38 degrees and raining this morning, but the crazy thing was my run was really enjoyable...go figure.  Ran 100S, then looped around 40-600N-400W and back down 100S, then Griffin's loop and some strength after.

Crazy windy, but at least it's warm.  Tried to pace myself, but the wind made it feel like a life and death struggle.  Ran up Willow Creek and took Old Ranch Rd back to the office.

Ran to the frontside of the Glenwild loop from work.  It was another crazy windy day and I think yesterday kinda sucked the energy out of me, so took it real slow.

Took the day off.  Lots to do around the house and my left achillies has been really bothering me.  Think I may actually need a few days off.
